Pauline occasionally hosts The Breathing Hour, sharing Qigong and meditation practices with those who would like to join her.
The Breathing Hour is a time and space to come together to Move, Breathe and Be. Using qigong movements, breath practices and meditation, the hour is devoted to relaxation, pausing and allowing ourselves to Just Be for a while.
Each session is ‘stand-alone’ pop-up event and is not instructional. You are invited to step out of ‘learning mode’ and just follow Pauline’s gentle instructions into a state of calm and relaxation, allowing your breath to ease, your mind to quiet and your body to move into a state of rest and restore.
