Location: Zoom or in-person

Receive personalized instruction in One-on-One classes. Going at your pace, we work together toward any goals you may have in mind. You might be looking for relaxation and stress relief, or more mental clarity, perhaps to improve your general sense of well-being. Combining breath practices, qigong movements, and meditation, all tailored to your unique self, we explore your connection to Qi together.

These classes may be in-person in my studio, at your home, or on Zoom.
